The seeds includes five players who have played at the PDC World Championships with a further two in the full field. Players were eligible for the final if they finished in the top 16 of their state.
With the success of the likes of Ray Smith last year at the World Championships the tournament will be hot, with the final played over 5 sets best of 5 each set.
