Townsville is to host top-class darts for the first time with the Professional Darts Corporation to stage the PalmerBet Queensland Darts Masters at the Townsville Entertainment Centre.
The PalmerBet Queensland Darts Masters will form part of the World Series of Darts, which features a series of worldwide events during each year that see the sport’s top stars clash with regional qualifiers across two days.
Following events in New York and Copenhagen during June, the likes of World Champion Peter Wright, Dutch superstar Michael van Gerwen and world ranked number one Gerwyn Price will travel to Australia in August for stops in Wollongong and Townsville
