DPA and Darts Australia have signed a new agreement that will see the two organisations work with each other in making sure the best standards of fair competition are kept across events for both organisations.
The agreement means that suspensions for player or official misdemeanours can now be carried across to the other organisation.
The aim is to make sure that darts can be played in a competitive but safe environment for all. Darts is a game for all to play and misbehaviour from a minority of people can steal that fun away from others.
Both organisations are keen to not have to ever execute this agreement but it does demonstrate the willingness of the major darting organisations across Australia to work more closely together to improve the game for all
