In consultation with the PDC and Government and the restriction of no darts in licensed premises and now a case in the South Island we have had to make the very very very tough call to cancel the whole weekend including the top 16 playoff (which we have had further players pull out of).
In consultation with the PDC as we did last year, the card will go to the number one ranked player who is Ben Robb.
We are totally gutted but are happy that at least next year this wont happen, with the new covid 19 system that will be in place.
Its disappointing that NZ will not be able to participate in the Kyle Anderson Trophy or Oceanic Masters alongside our Australian counterparts next weekend
