The four players who will compete in the Unibet Premier League Play-Offs could be confirmed on Night 15 in Milton Keynes on Wednesday.
Tuesday’s Night 14 saw five-time Premier League champion Michael van Gerwen become the first player to mathematically guarantee his place in the top four.
Wednesday will see the penultimate round of league phase fixtures take place, with six players still harbouring hopes of reaching Friday’s Play-Offs.
Nathan Aspinall and Jose de Sousa, who sit second and third respectively, can both join Van Gerwen in the semi-finals by picking up a point on Night 15.
Should Jonny Clayton win on Wednesday and Dimitri Van den Bergh lose, the four semi-finalists would be confirmed.
Peter Wright still has an outside chance of reaching the Play-Offs should he win both games and other results go his way.
James Wade and Gary Anderson cannot now qualify for the Play-Offs.
